Do not discard the original packaging, including the shipping label and tracking code. These are essential to activate the product warranty.

At La Super Tienda, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or notice a manufacturing defect upon delivery, we offer replacement or refund options under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

1.1 Dissatisfaction with the Product

You may request a return or replacement within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

1.2 Defective Product

If you detect a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement only (no refund) within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the product.

⚠️ Visible defects such as broken glass, damaged screens, visible scratches, or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the package included.
Reports made after this period will be considered user damage and not eligible for warranty.


2. Return Conditions (in Case of Dissatisfaction)

  • The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original packaging.

  • For watches, the strap must not have been detached from the dial.

  • The product must be returned with proof of delivery and in the original package (envelope/box with the shipping label).

  • Failure to meet these conditions will void eligibility for a refund or exchange.


3. After Receiving the Return

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Our customer support team will then contact you to proceed with one of the following options:

Replacement with any other product currently available in our warehouse.

💸 Option 2:

Refund of the full amount paid for the product
(valid only for returns requested within 7 days of receipt).
